Rental Application Guidelines & Qualifications

Need a copy of your 2 most current paycheck stubs per applicant that is 18 and over
Photo Identification per applicant that is 18 and over
A NON-REFUNDABLE $85.00 application fee per person that is 18 and over.

Credit Check: No prior evictions within the last 5 years, no accounts in collections related to previous landlords, no bankruptcy filings, and no repossessions
If you are making payments we check to see if you are making those payments on time. (ex: car payment or credit card payments)
Background Check: No felonies
12 Month rental verification
Make at least 3 times the rent per month (ex: $700 rent X 3 = $2,100 or over per month)
No pets are allowed at any of our properties (Inside or Outside)
